BTW, I had to cancel my Amazon order yesterday because I got an email from them about "distributor problems" and that I wasn't going to get your book until after Christmas. The cheek! So I cancelled it, left the office, and walked down the road to Smiths and picked up a copy :)

Wow! Congratulations! I still haven't read my copy (I'm such a slow reader) but will probably get to it over Christmas. Reading it in one sitting just seems like an impossibility to me, though. More like a week.
